Located on the top floor above Pegasus Gymnastics. Please note there is no elevator (three flights of stairs).

No. Unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator. The studio is accessible by stairs only.

Yes. Parking is typically available in the shared lot, with street parking nearby if needed.

Yes. Your booking is completely private during your scheduled rental time.

Access details will be sent by text a few hours before your session. If you’re the first or last booking of the day, lockbox instructions will be provided.

Studio access, furniture and props, rolling walls, client lounge with snacks, Wi-Fi, and music access.

Yes. Rolling walls are included. Please unlock all wheels before moving, lock once in place, and handle with clean hands.

Yes. Paper backdrops are available for a $20 cut fee. Once paper touches the floor, it is considered used. Sizes include 7ft and 9ft. Colours rotate seasonally.

The studio is a natural light space and does not provide artificial lighting. If needed, you are welcome to bring your own. Please note lighting must be carried up to the third floor.

Yes. Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times. Please no climbing, no access behind the white prop wall, and no food or drinks on furniture.

Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must remain off furniture and noise should be kept minimal.

Yes. Food and drinks are allowed and must be enjoyed at the white rolling tables only, away from all furniture, especially white fabric pieces.

If it’s wet or snowy, please remove or wipe shoes before entering. Clean indoor shoes are always preferred.

No. Please keep windows closed. Fans are available, and we are happy to help with temperature adjustments.

Yes. Please keep music clean and at a respectful volume. A bluetooth speaker is available for use.

Yes. Wi-Fi information will be provided in your welcome email.

Your booking time includes setup and teardown. Early access may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please check with Kara in advance.

Glitter, smoke bombs, and fog machines are not permitted. Fees may apply if used.

Your booking includes setup and cleanup time. Please be mindful of your end time to allow for a smooth transition between sessions.
